I have decided that today in my blog I’m going to give my opinion and talk a little bit of one of my favourite movies, which is also one of the best rated movies of this year 2019: JOKER.
The character of the joker is played by the actor Joaquin Phoenix that, in my opinion, makes a brilliant job. He is able to transmit a lot of feelings and also makes you empathize in some parts. Joaquin also lost 28 kilograms to transform himself into the joker, this makes the character and his situation a lot more real.
Talking about the aesthetic of the film; I think that it has a perfect colour range in which the colours represent pretty well the feelings and emotions of the characters. The dark and greyish colours for sadness and the brightest colours for happiness.
The plot of the film gives us details of the Joker’s life that I think are very important to understand who he really is and why he acts the way he does. We can see part of his childhood, we know about his parents, about his work, his problems…

I can say that this is a great movie that I like a lot; but there is something that I don’t completely like about it. The fact that they present the Joker as a person we should feel pity for. As he is the protagonist the producers want people to like him and to be in his favour, so they have victimized him.
They also want to transmit us the idea that the Joker is not bad, that society has made him the way he is, when in the film he does things that a good person would never do.
To conclude, this is a great movie that explains a lot of things about the Joker’s life that help to understand him, it has a brilliant acting and it is interesting from the beginning to the end.
I couldn´t see the film when it was in the cinema for different causes but now I´m waiting until it is released on DVD/BlueRay to see it. About the commentary about the film, is very complete and I like the fact that you don´t only show the film, you also share your own opinions. Great job.

I didn't see the movie when it was in the cinema because I thought I wouldn't like it, but after reading this I am curious to see it. I find it interesting to see how the feelings of the joker are presented and also to know some details of his life. Regarding this blog post, I would have liked it to include a synopsis of the movie, but in general is very nice because you present some facts of the film but also your opinion about them. Thank you for this commentary!

About the blog, I would say that I liked it, because apart from talking about the film, you also give your opinion about it, and I think that it is also important, because that way people who read the blog, may have more interest in seeing it.

This post is very good for knowing what this film is about and the best part is that it doesn't have spoilers. I like it also because it is very original and I have learn things that I didn't know about this film. It is very interesting!

Oh my god ,what an excelent article i think that describe not only the film, also he describes what sacrificies had done the actor to interpret this role . i am completely agrre with this article because i saw the film and like you said , this film is the best of 2019.

I have seen the movie and I agree with you. It is an amazing movie with an amazing actor that makes the audience be thrilled throughout the entire movie. I also agree to the fact that the producers want to show a victim instead of the villain we can see in the end.
